Patrick Wong is an Austin-based architectural photographer who lived with his wife and a daughter in a small beautiful house which once a neighborhood. The firm Cottam Hargrave is the company behind a 1,700 square-foot structure that begins as a one-story at the entrance façade then rises to a second story at the back to accommodate the bedroom loft area.

Built this 2010, this Swedish single family house is a home remodeling project from a previous building. The final architecture, includes an adjacent barn and had a too vast volume to be renewed in its totality. Only elements which can easily be reused were preserved, cellars and floors of the previouse house. The rest was eliminated.
